Do you have concerns about your preschool or homeschooled child’s development? If so, please call Colonel Johnston Elementary at 520-459-8798 to learn about our Child Find Screenings for children ages 3 - 21 years of age.

Please refer to the link below for the Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) for children birth to 3 years of age.

All Screenings take place at Colonel Johnston Elementary School (CJES). Please contact the school at 520-459-8798 to schedule a screening. Children will need to pass a hearing and vision test which can be completed by the CJES Nurse prior to the screening.

*Must reside on Fort Huachuca Army Base
